Google Docs apk is a word processor released by Google as part of its full suite of office software to compete with Microsoft Office. There are other major services in this cloud-based collection such as Google Sheets and Google Slides.

View Changes in a Document
When you share a document with other people, it can be difficult to keep track of all the small changes that happen to the file if you are not present at the moment. You can restore the file to any previous version in its history with one mouse click.
Suggesting an Edit on a Document
If you are the owner of a document and prefer that colleagues only suggest needed edits to the file (and not be able to edit it directly), you can set the access permissions to ‘Suggestions’. This way, other people can make an edit on the document without worrying about ruining your file. When your colleague makes an edit to the document, you’ll receive an email notification about the suggested edit, and you can accept or reject the change.
Offline Use of Google Docs
What happens if you need to use Google Docs, but you don’t have access to the Internet? Although Google Docs apk is mostly functional with an internet connection, that doesn’t mean it can’t be used offline. In fact, any changes you make on the file will be saved on the cloud as soon as you go online and connect to the Internet.
To save storage space on your local machine, Google only downloads recently accessed files and makes them available for offline access. To manually edit a file, click on its three-dot icon and then click the Available Offline option.
